Warranty
The Products are warranted by CarieScan against faults caused by defective design or manufacturing from the date of shipping to its customer for the period shown in the table below. This warranty will be null and void if the item has been interfered with in any way by any unauthorised party, or misused in any way. Accidental damage does not constitute part of this warranty and is therefore excluded.

All warranty related enquiries should go through the distributor of the goods in question.
In the event of the product not performing to specification out with the stated warranty period, the unit should be returned to the distributor to arrange an assessment.
Disassembly or assembly of the CarieScan PRO is not permitted unless authorised by CarieScan Ltd under a Technical Agreement complying with ISO 13485:2003 and CFR 820.
